LCU1S-One Lambda Controller (CAN)
The AiM LCU-1S is a premium motorsport lambda controller designed to integrate wideband Air-Fuel data directly into Aim Loggers and Dashes via a 5 pin can cable , utilizing a robust Bosch Wide Band LSU 4.9 sensor to provide continuous lambda readings from 0.65 to 1.6.

Sensor Compatibility: Specifically uses the Bosch LSU 4.9 probe, which retains its original factory calibration throughout its lifespan without the need for free-air recalibration.
Tuning Precision: Measures lambda from 0.65 to 1.6, covering both rich and lean conditions perfectly suited for optimizing 2-stroke and 4-stroke karting engines.
CAN Integration: Transmits real-time data seamlessly over the CAN-bus network directly to AiM MyChron5S, MyChron5S 2T, and MyChron6 dashes.
Configurable Stoichiometric Ratios: Supports adjusting settings for petrol, diesel, and alternative fuels (like ethanol or biofuel) through AiM's Race Studio 3 software.
Durable Design: Enclosed in a compact, IP67-rated waterproof housing to withstand harsh track and vibration environments.
Installation & Power Details
Power Draw: Requires a hardwired switched power supply (9-15 V). Note that the sensor's built-in heating element can draw up to 2 amps when cold.
Connection: The controller connects to the Bosch sensor via a 6-pin plug and to your AiM data hub or dash using an AiM CAN 5-pin cable, which is typically sold separately. [1]
Sensor Mounting: Includes a weld-in bung to install the sensor directly into your kart's exhaust pipe.
