he New-Line BIG MAX2 LIGHT is built for racers who need maximum cooling without unnecessary mass. Developed as the next-generation upgrade to the legendary BIG MAX radiator, the MAX2 LIGHT maintains New-Line’s largest cooling surface while incorporating weight-reduction improvements for better kart balance and responsiveness.
Constructed from a high-grade composite aluminum alloy, the MAX2 LIGHT is designed to withstand sustained high temperatures and pressure without deformation or efficiency loss. Its oversized core and optimized fin density provide consistent thermal control during long finals, heavy traffic, and extreme summer conditions.
Originally developed for Shifter kart applications, the BIG MAX2 LIGHT has proven equally effective across KZ, gearbox, and high-performance non-shifter classes, especially on engines that generate elevated operating temperatures.
This radiator comes complete with mounting bracket and radiator cap, making it a true plug-and-race solution. Optional supplementary radiators can be added when additional cooling capacity is required for extreme environments.
